The World Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi is the leading B2B sustainability event in the Middle East, and a part of the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week. Held at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, WFES hosts a number of high level decisionmakers and dignitaries from Ban Ki-moon, the former Secretary General of the United Nations, to H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyen, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs in United Arab Emirates.

Altogether more than $15 billion worth of projects and funding have been announced at the WFES and other events at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, so the event is significant even on a global scale. 850 companies from 40 countries are exhibiting their technologies at the event for more then 33 000 visitors and attendees.
