Laava Tech Joint Local Winner at EIT Food Israel
Laava Tech CEO Tatsiana Zaretskaya with FreezeM Cryogenics CEO Yuval Gilad.
Laava Tech and FreezeM have won the country finals in Israel after three intense months of work in the EIT Food Accelerator. Laava Tech and FreezeM, a company working on a novel technology to use insects as protein source for animal feed, took the top places and will continue onward to the EIT Food Accelerator finals in Portugal on 13th of November!
Not only we are both going to the finals, we are also running a project together! We have agreed on a project to test and develop a lighting solution for indoor breeding of the Black Soldier Fly, used as insect protein for the animal feed industry, a segment with massive growth potential in the next years.
